Sunken driveway leveling lift it back in line

Driveways often sink at the garage, at the street or next to a downspout, leaving a lip, a puddle or water running toward the house.

Sound familiar?

Signs a driveway has sunk

  • A lip at the garage door
  • A dip where the drive meets the street
  • Puddles that never used to be there
  • A gap under the edge of a panel

Lift or replace

If the sunken panel is in one piece, it can often be lifted and the void under it filled. If it has broken into pieces, section replacement is usually the better fix.

Stop it happening again

Most sunken driveway panels we see have water behind them: a downspout, a low spot or a gap where water gets under the slab. Fixing that is part of the job.
