About us

Our process from first call to final finish

Good concrete is mostly preparation. Here is how a job runs with us, so you know what to expect at each step.

Wood forms and rebar laid out for a backyard patio

1. Your first call or message

Tell us what you need and what the concrete looks like now. Photos help. We will ask a few questions and set a time to look at it.

2. The site visit

We measure, check the ground and drainage, look for what caused any damage, and talk through options. If repair, leveling and replacement are all possible, we will explain the trade-offs.

3. Your written quote

You get the scope of work in writing: what we will do, what is included and what is not. No surprises on the day.

4. Prep

Tear-out if needed, grading, base, forms set to line and slope, and reinforcement placed. This is the part you will not see once the concrete is in, and the part that matters most.

5. Pour and finish

The concrete is placed, screeded, floated and finished, usually with a broom texture for grip outdoors. Control joints are added so cracking follows planned lines.

6. Curing and handover

New concrete gains strength over days and weeks. We will tell you when it is ready for feet, cars and heavier vehicles, and how to care for it. New concrete care.
