New construction driveways for new homes, garages and shops

Building a new home, garage or shop? The driveway connects it to the road, and it is easier to get right on a fresh site than to fix later.

Typical new-build jobs

  • A driveway to a new home
  • An apron and drive to a new metal garage or shop
  • A long drive across an open lot
  • A drive plus a walkway to the front door

Planning with the site

On new construction we look at the finished grade of the lot, where the garage slab sits, where water will drain and how the drive reaches the road. Getting those heights right is what keeps water out of the garage.

Timing with other trades

Driveways usually go in near the end of a build, after heavy equipment is done with the site. We work around your schedule and other trades so the new concrete is not driven on by loaded trucks.
